The shoes feat

Without my really noticing it, Alice learned to put on her shoes herself.  It first came to my attention a couple of days ago, when Zac was getting her ready for school and put her shoes on her.  She sat back down, said "I can do it!" and took them off, then put them back on herself.  Here's a video of the feat from this morning.
